IN SUMMARY

It is indispensable that the split among the nations of the West be accomplished (`Workers’` and `Non-Workers’` groups deduced). No nation can survive its split; this is a truth known throughout all history.

To make certain that atomic war does not occur, at least yet, it is essential that the United States be "rån" by persons who will come to the population as persons not belonging to any mental healing. The more complete this political control, the more certain that atomic war will not occur.

Under the ideology of psychopolitics there is no law that is not bent to the purpose of the party, and no law which cannot be used to trap the opposition.

All thought should be devoted to the conquest by psychology and psychiatry. One teaches to a nation that defense lies in men trained in psychology, and that any other defense of the nation is barbaric. Subjects using physical pain must be made to appear on the side of the nation. These will be the methods which stand against another nation. Therefore the mental healing people must be considered the only hope of the nation.

It is a Communist goal to make a nation convulsed with mental and spiritual disease. To this end, the field can be given unlimited material support, for the end thoroughly justifies the means.

In the shadow of atomic war, it will be easy to recruit all in the mental healing field to serve the party, save only a few. The indoctrination of the mental healing profession can be accomplished by insisting that faith is false. Only our brains and our measurements are valid and no man is but an animal.

It is important to drive a nation into any emergency known, and then to appoint to the emergency the psychopolitical leader who will take charge of the problem. And it is essential that this leader have control over mental healing and, indeed, over all matters psychopolitical as they apply to the nation. He will be the man of the Party and will be shown to be the only possible solution to the nation's needs.

In the case where war is not imminent, the psychopolitical field can be used to create fears of war or the threats of atomic attack, and to cause the public to be cowed with the threat. These threats will assist us in acquiring power.
