THE ORGANIZATION OF MENTAL HEALTH CAMPAIGNS

The psychopolitical operative should at all times insist that the entire field of mental healing remain entirely within the hands of persons trained in ministrations which do not tend to result in mental or spiritual betterment, political reliability, or the experience of those who would be subject to such healing.

The psychopolitical operative should also be alert that no untrained persons, or persons trained in the actual healing of minds, be permitted to minister unto the mentally sick. The psychopolitical operative should discount, discredit, and at length, disregard, the opinion of any person who decries the effectiveness of institutions administered by psychopolitical operatives or their dupes.

The psychopolitical operative should also be alert to prevent by any possible means the treatment of the insane by practitioners of religion or any of the older arts of healing, as these, not depending upon punishment and pain for their effects, commonly bring about recovery, presenting a thoroughly unwanted contrast to the activities of the psychopolitical operative.

The techniques and operations of the healing of a mind should remain carefully guarded by psychopolitical operatives and should not be permitted to become common knowledge, as this would bring about recovery of psychotics, neurotics, and others who have been relegated to institutions. Only those techniques which bring about greater mental disability should be practiced and taught, with the exception of such teaching as benefits the psychopolitical operative himself, or a person whom he can thoroughly control.

An entire mental health organization should be swept up and brought under the auspices of psychopolitical operatives. Any other mental healing activity should be discouraged or forbidden. This will result in a control of the assets of any group which concerns itself with the mental treatment of human beings, and should add considerable finance to the activities of the psychopolitical operative. An organization so formed should be used as a group from which orders and funds can be received and should serve to legitimize and give authority to the psychopolitical operative in the vicinity of the organization. The psychopolitical operative with such a mental health organization at his command, can then prohibit other practices, bring about the commitment of persons who might otherwise expose psychopolitical activities, and in general, advance the tenets of Communism by bringing about a state of chaos in the field of healing.

The psychopolitical operative should, when possible, create an entire organization to which he can give instruction and authority, and which will serve, on command, the interests of psychopolitics. When the psychopolitical operative has such a machine at his command, orders can be leveled at any person or group contrary to the best interests of psychopolitics, and whole strata of the population can be brought under the dominance of psychopolitical operatives.

The stupidity and unwillingness of human beings to grant beingness and understanding to their fellows, makes it possible to enthrone, as authorities, psychopolitical operatives, who can then practice broadly upon whole populations.

By teaching to the population the principles of psychopolitics, in the form of mental healing, a psychopolitical operative can speed the deterioration of a culture and a population. By bringing the members of any group to distrust the sanity of their leaders or their associates, and by bringing about amongst them the attitude of mind, whereby each suspects the mental state of the other, a group can be so disrupted that it will no longer operate, and a psychopolitical operative can then assume command of any such group so disintegrated.

Mental health organizations, therefore, must be taught the principles of psychopolitics. Mental health organizations should be used to spread mental contagion, and should be given the authority to bring about the commitment to institutions of any person who might otherwise be a liability to psychopolitical activities.

The financing of such groups should originate with the psychopolitical operative, or should be traceable to communist origins. The psychopolitical operative who neglects to seize upon the existence of mental health organizations or to create them, is neglecting one of the most fruitful fields of psychopolitical conquest. By spreading the tenets and principles of psychopolitics amongst such organizations, each member becomes a potential unconscious instigator of psychopolitical processes.

The psychopolitical operative should also spare no expense in the invalidation or destruction of any actual healing group or mental sciences which do achieve recovery of the insane or neurotic, and should apply particularly to the personnel of such an organization the principle that "the sanity of a person is suspect when he decries the activities of psychopolitical operatives".
