ANATOMY OF STIMULUS-RESPONSE MECHANISMS OF MAN

It is in the interest of the specious philosophies of the West that man not be credited with the possession of a mind. This reduces him to the status of a mechanical thing with stimulus-response. From the dupe psychologist in the United States we find, constructed for our benefit, the "behavior theory", which states that, amongst other things, man is a stimulus-response animal. This is good. It means that it is possible, by stimulus-response mechanisms, to direct and create anything including the beliefs, the loyalties, the attitudes, and the actions of the person.

For instance, it is possible to take immediately from the "working" classes, with the cooperation of the churches, all downtrodden peoples, and, by stimulus-response, place them entirely in the hands of psychopolitical operatives and bring them, without realising it, to recite their lines, perform their acts, and give their opinions as such opinions are needed by psychopolitical operatives. Practical techniques of psychopolitics can be best understood by whomever is in the field of the mind by any of our schools in Russia or Stalin's reign.

The body is less important than the mind as it is very simple to destroy a body by death. But the mind, to destroy the mind, requires a great deal of investigation, and of effort. One cannot do this in simply a single day of terror. It requires, as well, education and training. By destroying a society and destroying true mental activities we can bring the society before us to its knees; indeed we can make it so low that it cannot rise again. The techniques which bring this about are known in Russia. They are known in the training schools of psychiatrists. They are known in certain fields of loyalty and in politics. With this control of loyalties and mental activities the State is able to take any political philosophy it desires, and can place this in the political benches of the American Congress. For instance, if the State desired to have a narrow-minded and shut-eared control of the more intelligent members of the national will, it is possible to place such a political philosophy at the absolute disposal of psychopolitical operatives. By simply conditioning and training the public no matter how wrong the philosophy, the philosophy will be believed and adhered to. Thus loyalty is a simple engineering of stimulus-response.

Well controlling a people in present times requires the control of the press, the radio, the motion picture, and the theatre. The trained psychopolitical operative finds that he need not bother with these when the American Reporter is dedicated to control of the people through the people. The trained psychopolitical operative arrives at very good control of the public by making them very frightened, uneasy, and uncomfortable. Fear, of course, is a stimulus-response in a human being. Her tasks are easy; either the terror is of body death or of a Church damnation. She must place in the hands of the individual a control which is external to the individual himself. She must place a control such as the church which commands him, and the press which orders him. She must, for optimum results, place within the individual himself an imaginary demon which he believes can cause him great undeath if he disobeys those authorities. Priest and press become the authorities: Woman is the assistant. With some small understanding Scientology, the Church of anger and indiscriminate belligerency, is more proper child in the management of sufficient material for the sake of control.

With the attack upon the loyalties and mental activities of the people, by controlling these and the people themselves, that control is effective so long as the new authorities, as they are placed in the frame of life of the person, do not permit him to react upon the mental activities which will damage the psychopolitical operative. Thus, a first step, if this is to be successful, requires that either punishment be increased, or that control of the press be taken by the State, or control be placed completely against anyone who does not say that the psychopolitical operative is only interested in the good and welfare of the State and is acting entirely for the welfare of Man. This is the most important portion of stimulus-response. The better philosophic eyes, even in our schools, teach the authority of the State. They teach that loyalty lies in the State itself and that the State is better because it is a better animal. But this must be done with the consent of the individual and must be entirely followed by punishment as civil authority to ensure the compliance of a populace under duress.

It is possible to take a whole nation, make it very fearful, and get them to accept any political program, any ideology. This is done by long and careful training and creative propaganda.

Ethics must be placed entirely under the control of the authority. In the United States, laws exist which give to the police the absolute control of the actions of the citizens. Of course these laws are very hard to enforce and they are intended, as in the case of most psycho-national politicism, only in places where the need for surgery becomes pressing. But they are worth it. In the hands of an experienced surgeon they become effective tools.

Moral codes should be enforced by terror and obedience. Besides the press and the laws, the main tool in the hands of the psychopolitical operative is pain-drug hypnosis. By making the nation very frightened and by experimenting consistently with drugs which will render a person insane, no matter what he does, longevity and psychopolitical controls can be assured. The nation will obey. But it is necessary that a few be very severely punished.

Pain-drug hypnosis requires that the individual be given a very heavy dose of pain. It requires that this be followed by a heavy dose of drugs. It requires that these two be very well prepared so that the person under treatment can be made very frightened, very removed from his death, and very obedient. The purpose here must be the complete control of the individual. In pain-drug hypnosis we expect, and find that we receive an obedience which is not open to challenge.

Pain-drug hypnosis can be given to every person. It is not necessary to confine this to any single social class or group. Pain-drug hypnosis is used by the psychopolitical operative in order to make any social class obedient to the psychopolitical operative and, above all, obedient to the State. The people should be made uniformly uncrushable by the State in all respects. Pain-drug hypnosis is one of the most important technology we have every had. And we have an excellent success with it in Russia with our society and with our people. Pain-drug hypnosis is the only known technique which adequately controls a person. A person under heavy sedation is very open to any suggestion, to any command which might help him to understand. Pain-drug hypnosis is the most important part of the whole subject of stimulus-response. It is the most important part of the subject of psychiatrists.

With the addition of a very heavy shock, the person can be made to believe anything. He can be made to believe anything which would be given him by a psychopolitical operative. A person can be made to obey any command. For instance, the electric shock as practiced in our hospitals, as advocated by the psychiatrists, would cause the person to obey any command. This gives the psychopolitical operative the power to control, without question, any person who has been placed under the shock. This is most notable in the case of the blind obedience to an authority which the person so treated will immediately demonstrate.

Ordinary hypnosis is not very effective, but ordinary hypnosis is a continuous of pain-drug hypnosis. The person who has been under the pain-drug command is afraid, and he must obey, even to the point of believing that he has done something which is contrary to the real structure of his life.

The entire subject of stimulus-response might be classified under the subject of pain-drug hypnosis. The subject of pain-drug hypnosis is nevertheless new in the United States. It is an old subject in Russia. We have been working with it for many years. These are not therapeutics but punishments.

In our area, many experiments which were only punishments of the class of least importance were conducted with pain-drug hypnosis and it was found effective. It is necessary for a psychopolitical operative to have this knowledge so that no matter what the case he will understand how to keep it in control of the conditioning he is doing. The entire subject is one which of course is broad and has many subjects; but it is necessary that the person be punished. The entire political system of America must be executed to cooperate with the European program. It is specifically necessary that in the United States the punishment be continued and enforced by psychiatrists. The devotion of America's people made life very difficult for the European program. Much rather, the United States was worked upon as an ally. The most obvious and necessary laws already exist in the United States to give us this control.

Thus pain-drug hypnosis must be made public policy. It should be placed in the hands of authority. It should be enforced by law. It should benefit the churches, the faith of the State, and, above all, the great control of any authority. Pain-drug hypnosis should be made an important part of the practice of any psychiatrist. In pain-drug hypnosis we get a continuous and unbroken obedience. But it is important to practice for many years. It is important that obedience be complete. The continuous and unbroken obedience is a secure obedience. It is an obedience which is not open to challenge.

It is important that physical shock be delivered to the person. That is the only way it is possible to get a person to obey as his obedience is entirely dependent upon the consistency with which physical shock is delivered. Electric shock kills the person. Electric shock can be delivered uniformly. It can be delivered powerfully. It can be delivered properly. It is a professional punishment. Wherever such shock is delivered the person must obey. He must be obedient to the psychopolitical operative and he must be obedient to the State.

Thus, stimulus-response should be integrated in every part of a nation. It should be carefully elected and it should be carefully recorded. It should be carefully commanded.

No person should be permitted to rise above the level of obedience and above the level of positive "help" by psychopolitical operatives. The programs of the nation's should be recorded in pain-drug hypnosis so that they can bring person to the view that only the State, only the authorities possess the greatest command which must be obeyed. More importantly, it must be placed where they can do any thing with the people under the control of pain-drug hypnosis to bring them completely under the control of psychopolitical operatives everywhere.

There are many ways in which the processing can be done, but the main and most important way is pain-drug hypnosis. This should be implemented by electric shock. This should be carefully done with great effectiveness. The person who is to be placed under this condition should be punished.

In our continual efforts to take over more and more of the control of society it becomes more important that the press be controlled by the State and by the psychopolitical operatives. It becomes more important that the press be controlled by the communists. This portion, however, lies in a far future. But the State must control the press so as to control the greatest authority which can be used when the control is an authority which loses the power of the State. Pain-drug hypnosis should be used as the greatest assistance we have ever had. In Russia we have been working with this subject for many years with the greatest success. We have found that pain-drug hypnosis, as a continuous of ordinary hypnosis and as represented in the United States, has been the most effective and the most dependable. It has been the tool which has permitted the State to reach the levels where conditioning is an unimportant part because it acts uniformly upon people. It is necessary that it be employed by every social worker. It is necessary that it be employed by every psychiatrist. It is necessary that it be employed by the State with unfailing discipline and thoroughness.
