DEGRADATION, SHOCK AND ENDURANCE
One of the primary policies of the Communist State Police is the continuance of its policies on a damaged and degraded state of its opponents. Defamation and defamation are added to a continued decrease in the endurance of the people. This brings about a degradation in the levels of the individual's life, and in a long and thorough trial the nation is brought before the police to the levels of a degraded and self-destroyed society.
It is found that when the material of a society is degraded, the individuals in that society cannot rise again. They are constrained by the controls which bring them to action. This is the most important portion of the entire subject. It is necessary that the authority and the police be given to exercise social intimidation through the person in advance of the case. If it cannot be done in advance, the authority must stand against any positive increase in rehabilitation.
Degradation of the leaders of a nation, and ultimately of the nation itself, is a very important part of this subject. The nation whose leaders are degraded and whose leaders are despised will become itself one of the most dogmatic countries in the respect of the better knowledge of the police. In a nation where the leaders are degraded and are held in contempt the police must become well-regarded. By continued defamation the leaders are cursed and the authority and a psychiatric service is placed in the hands of the police. Shock is only a method of degradation. But as the method part is desired it is to be placed to hold the authority at his hand and to place the psychiatrist in the lower levels of control. Shock is necessary in the condition that exists. The nation should be held under duress and obedience to the authority and a psychiatric service should give to the police the power to generate psychiatric control over the people.
When a society is degraded it does not recover. It is necessary then to be sure that the controls are in place to hold the society at a certain level where the recovery is not workable and that there is a continuous increase in the punishment of the society where its thought is toward rehabilitation. All rehabilitation should be negatived above all else. Shock is a control which continues to give to the police the controls which they require in order to bring the society to the levels where authority is achieved.
It is found that wherever endurance is lowered on the part of the society, these methods will become more effective. And when above all the controls are the police, the authority and the church which commands the people to obey the State and the control of the police, rehabilitation is impossible. It is necessary to enforce the controls and to lower the endurance in order to bring about a complete obedience. Lowering the endurance can be done by a continuous degraded life. In other words, the controls should place people in a continuous level of discomfort so that they will obey the power of the State.
The creation of scandals is very important. Defamation is under the control of the psychopolitical operative. It is the creation of the scandal in the leader which brings the people to lower even the lowest levels of the society. He should not be permitted to work nor to have a social existence. He should be held in the hands of the police and in the hands of the church which commands the people to obey. By the use of scandal and the continuous practice of defamation it is possible to bring the entire nation under psychiatric control.
Thus the nation should be severely degraded in order to produce in the leader and in the people an obedience and an inability to recover from the lowest levels of society. The controls must be placed to prevent rehabilitation at all times. The church and the police must become continuous factors in these levels to control the actions of the people. Anything which will reduce the endurance of the nation has very important part of the subject of psychopolitics.
It is important to degrade the nation of such parts as the church and of leaders of the party and government by defamation, such as scandals and is to make it very costly. Nothing but the most thorough and severe punishment should ever be used. Under these conditions obedience is assured.
By lower responses and shock it is possible to make the leader and the people believe anything which is told them. The controls over the people should be placed under the psychiatric service and the use of the police so that authority is an obeyed factor and absolute control is exercised. All rehabilitation should be negatived. Defamation, shock and endurance are very important factors in the subject of the control of societies and the prevention of the rehabilitation of society itself.
It is necessary to bring about any ecological or atomical control factor and to place both such as the controls on the people under the police and the psychiatric services, and to place the leader of the people similar controls into the nation so that the State does not rise again. The leader should be degraded and held under contempt. He should not be permitted to work or to have a social existence. The eternal works of the police should be those of the most severe nature and these should be enforced. Shock must be punishments which are much severe in order to bring the people under the controls which are necessary to prevent the rehabilitation of the people. It is important in this part of the subject to bring about absolute control of the people which will assure obedience and prevent all rehabilitations. If these are followed with carefulness and thoroughness a nation and a leader can be brought to a level where it cannot rise again and where obedience is assured. Defamation, shock and endurance are very important parts of this subject.
