OSA Network Order No. 73

OSA NETWORK ORDER NO. 73
INTELLIGENCE BULLPEN
A bullpen is the thing they put on the side of a big computer where facts that
don't have any place to fit just keep going round and round and round until such time
as they can match up with something. That bin is normally called a bullpen.
A good intelligence officer or a good manager always has lots of bullpen
material. It doesn't connect up with anything. He doesn't do anything with it
particularly but, all of a sudden, it connects up.
